The Company

Established as a single proprietorship company in 2002 and through the progress and development of the company it was then registered to the Securities and Exchange Commission as a Corporation on March 8, 2007. The CMO CSC was accredited by the Philippines Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) on November 04, 2009 and classified under the category of General Building “D” with license number 34142. The company is presently engaged in General Construction, Civil and Engineering Works, Steel and Glass Fabrication services with the aim of providing the highest quality and standard at par with other companies in its class.

Our Organizational Structure

CMO Construction Services Corporation is headed by Engr. Arnel A. Sanduco as the President/General Manager.He is a Mapua Institute of Technology alumnus and a duly licensed Civil Engineer. He directly supervising and managing the projects of CMO CSC backed-up by a pool of highly skilled workers in their respective line of expertise.
