Aldwin's skills and technical knowledge are indeed world class. We had a requirement for a fairly complex reporting system for one of our HR processes but we didn't really have a good idea on how to implement it, nor did we have a big budget to spend for this project.
With his good systems-thinking, he was able to easily grasp our requirements and eventually created the system that met our reporting specifications. The solution he created for us turned out to be much more than what we had initially envisioned, thanks to his dedication towards meeting customer needs and his desire to overcome challenging problems.
