The system is a server-client application that uses a three-tier architecture, where the Presentation, Business, and Data layers are logically separated. The system is developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and MySQL 5.0.
The main purpose of the application is to automate reports generation for employee assessment through recording exercises result as per facet and competence specified by the Development Centre.
